PLANT MIDWEST: CHICAGO
If you are interested in connecting with other church planters or in getting an introduction to what church planting is all about, check out one of the quarterly gatherings of Plant Midwest: Chicago. Our next Plant Chicago gathering is just around the corner. As always our gatherings will include robust, gospel-centered worship, biblical and practical teaching, a concentrated time of prayer, and fellowship over lunch. And of course we offer this to everyone for free.

Church Planting Resources & Partners
Illinois Baptist State Association is our primary partner for church planting in Chicagoland. Their strategists and missionaries work closely with us in developing planting strategy, raising up and training new planters, and providing coaching and mentoring for newly planted churches.
Dennis Conner - Director of Church Planting, Northeast Region; IBSA
Dennis (pictured here with his wife, Cindy) has recently moved to Chicago to help lead our efforts to plant churches throughout Chicagoland. Now a resident of the Uptown community, he's available to serve all your church planting needs. Email him today.
The North American Mission Board is our primary national partner for church planting. NAMB works with us in a variety of ways from providing support and encouragement to church planters to recruiting partners and volunteers to labor with us in this city. Check out the SEND NETWORK for much more on church planting in North America.
Chris Wright - Chicago Send City Coordinator, NAMB
Chris is an experienced church planter and pastor with a heart for reaching Chicagoland with the gospel through church planting. He now serves the city as the primary point person for our church planting strategies.
Chicagoland is a gateway to the world and home to people groups from every nation. At CMBA, we recognize that churches must be planted in our city among every people, nation, tribe, and tongue. NAMB and the International Mission Board (SBC) are partnering with our own local leaders to create and maintain a powerful database called Peoplegroups.info with data on the wide variety of people groups in our city, the locations of multicultural residential neighborhoods ("patches") and hundreds of points of interest such as mosques, temples, refugee resettlement agencies and more. It is the most complete database of its kind for Chicagoland.

The North American Mission Board (SBC) has designated Chicago as one of it's "Send Cities" - recognizing that our city is one of the most important places in North America for church planting. Check out the video above to discover why.
